Kind of appropriately Bon Iver’s Blood Bank has been stuck in my head all day. I was standing out on the back porch gazing up at the snow just now when I absently sang to myself “then the snow started falling”. I feel like my entire day was building up to that moment.
It is snowing so beautifully outside right now and I can’t get enough of it. I wish it wasn’t dark outside so I could get some decent pictures.

It’s a quarter after ten in the morning and it’s 51 degrees outside and sunny. What if it got into the 60s today? What if.
Another strand of Christmas lights bites the dust.
For some reason I’m afraid of every kind of spider except for daddy long legs. I’m not even indifferent to them, I’m actually kind of chummy with them. Like if I come across one I’m like “oh hey how’s it going” and we both just carry on with our own business. But if I see any other spider I freak out and absolutely cannot take my eyes off of it for a...
