My name is Tamerah, I am a twenty year old lass living in the lovely state of Oregon. My favourite thing to listen to on any given day is Iron & Wine, follow me for just a little while and you will learn this beyond any doubt. Among other things I am an Airbender, and elf of Middle-earth, a Ravenclaw, a Whovian, a Nerdfighter and a kindred spirit. A few television shows I enjoy (apart from the obvious Doctor Who and A:TLA mentioned above) are Natsume Yuujinchou, Mushi-Shi, Miranda, Sherlock, Parks & Recreation, and so on. I watch less movies than television shows but in the film department I like The Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Fall, Spirited Away, You’ve Got Mail, Bright Star, Anne of Green Gables, Emma (2009) and Pride & Prejudice (2005). To continue the trend of listing various things I like, in music (apart from Iron & Wine) I listen to a lot of Laura Marling, mewithoutYou, The Decemberists, The Shins, Patrick Watson, Blind Pilot, Bon Iver, Mumford & Sons, Johnny Flynn, Beirut, Band of Horses, Andrew Bird, and Fleet Foxes. I reblog a lot, exclusively really, with a peppering of my annoying and gratuitous words and observations here and there. There is no rhyme or reason to anything that shows up on my blog other than the obvious: that I like it.

I’m pretty nice, by the way, and always happy to talk to anyone.

In closing I suppose I should mention I talk about my cat a lot. But who could really blame me? He’s adorable.
